SAMPLE MENU
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, meals are prepared by Chef Eric Rogers and are then hand-delivered to clients by volunteers. Here is a sample menu for one full week of hot meals offered by Meals on Wheels service. Lunch usually consists of a sandwich, salad and fruit. Beverages of choice are included.
