Miles for Meals
September 6 - 8, 2024
Meals on Wheels will be hosting its third MILES FOR MEALS CHALLENGE, a "virtual 5K." In the spirit of being virtual, you can pick virtually anything you'd like to do to show your support. Want to run 5K for MOW? Great! Want to swim laps? Perfect! Want to walk with a stroller? That works, too! Pick your favorite activity, and do it anytime September 6th – 8th in support of Meals on Wheels.
How do you get involved?
1. Register for a $30 fee. Or, create a team of four participants for $100. Non-local participants are welcome!
2. Sponsorships are also available at a variety of levels ($100 - $1000). Click here for more info.
3. Spread the word to co-workers, friends, and family so they can join us too!
4. Wear your t-shirt September 6th – 8th and have fun doing your activity.
5. Share a photo on social media and be entered into a raffle for a gift card!
