[May 22-23] Miles for Meals 5k Challenge

Meals on Wheels will be hosting MILES FOR MEALS CHALLENGE, a "virtual 5K," but in the spirit of being virtual, you can pick virtually anything you'd like to do to show your support. Want to run 5K for MOW? Great! Want to swim laps? Perfect!  Want to walk with the stroller? That works, too! Pick your favorite activity and do it anytime on May 22nd or May 23rd in support of Meals on Wheels.  

How do you get involved?

1. Register for a $25 fee
   
2. Sponsorships are also available – get your company’s or your name on the t-shirt!
3. Spread the word to co-workers, friends, and family so they can join us too!
4. Pick up your event t-shirt/packet (time/place announced when you register).
5. Wear your t-shirt on May 22nd or May 23rd and have fun doing your activity. We'll have a couple of stations set up if you'd like to wave and say hello in socially-distanced style. Locations will be announced to all registrants.
6. Send us a photo to share how you supported Meals on Wheels' efforts to keep our subscribers healthy and independent!
